CIT 384 Network Administration and Troubleshooting: Assignment #2

In this assignment, you will learn more about using RIP through a series of Cisco simulator labs. These labs only work correctly under the Internet Explorer (IE) web browser on MS Windows. You will need to use the cisco.com user account that you created during assignment #1. Start by going to the Cisco Learning Connection.

1. Click on Routing Protocols
2. Click on CIT-TAC: Routing Information Protocol (RIP)
3. Click on Start Here
4. Login with your cisco.com username and password.

Once you are logged in, you will see the TAC Training page for Using Cisco IOS Software. You can navigate using the links at the bottom of each page to the next section or by using the menu in the left sidebar. The Lab sections will have a "Launch Configuration Lab" icon, which will bring up a Cisco simulator window. This is the part that only works correctly on IE. It will take a minute or two to load the simulator.
